What should the password be??? I've tried "0000", "1234". neither of them worked. I tired the one code that I would have made it if I actually set it which I don't remember doing.

any ideas????

its 5 or 6 digits depending on model.

default is usually all 0's

Unlock Code: User Defined (4 Digits, Verizon Default: Last 4 of your phone number) - Only used to lock/unlock your phone to prevent unauthorized use (like on power up)

Master Clear/Reset Uses:

Security Code: 5 or 6 Digit Code set by Moto. Factory Default - 0's
(000000, 00000) [Or last ditch effort: 12345, 123456, 11111(1), Etc)] - User to Clear/Reset Phone, Unlock Programs, Etc.
