If you have a 7000 and makes your own mp3 ringers, i was just wondering what programs you guys use. Also i need to know how to save them so i can out them on my phone. Thanks for the help!

I've been using WavePad to take clips from mp3's for ringtones. I'm on a VX4400 though so I also change the filename to .mid but they work the same. WavePad is simple to use and can be used by anybody. There are better sound editors out there but this program works fine.

I use Audacity (you can find it here)

It's really easy to use, and of course it's free.

Like posted before, there are mulitple programs out there. It's really up to you as to which one works for you.

As stated, you must change the extention to midi after making the clip from the mp3, but that's simple to do also.
