I've used this tut http://home.nycap.rr.com/stopcbt/vx6000.html for a lot of things. But I'm trying to use it connect my Laptop to the internet but it doesn't work.

Does anyone have a tut or can someone explain to me how to do it? It keeps freezing when it says 'opening port'

Any help would be appreciated

Okay, I've managed to fix that problem but now it keeps telling me that my password or user name is wrong?

off of that tutorial it says to use username: vzw and password :vzw

any help?
