Have New Kyocera Phone, Problems Already

I just got a new kyocere phanton phone at the fair this evening and i'm already having problems. I start to key in a a number and can only key the first 4 digits and can't do anymore. for example i key 1207, and then if i press the clr key, the 7 turns into a 9. How do i fix this. I can't do anything with this problem.

i really dont want to sound like a ××× but why did you buy a phone at the fair, i dont think carnies make good phone salesmen
Anyway to your problem you might have gotten a used phone or something crack the thing open if you can, take the keypad out and use some rubbing alchol or even some warm water on the rubber keypad itself let it dry out over a hour or so the keypad itself i used alchol and a qtip take the batery out and clean the contats and wait a hour if that dosent fix it *shrug*

I got the problem fixed the other night. I actually bought my new phone and updated my contract from a us cellular dealer who has an office locally and they had a both set up at the fair to promote their business.
