You'll need pc sync to upload mp3 -> mmf to your inno phone via cable. I'm not too sure about the java part myself as i'm trying to work it out. But i'm sure you can transfer it via infrared, if i can work out how to activate it on inno 55.

Does PCsync also work with infrared?
