I tried to edit my post "seriel numbers" but it was already to late to edit so heres my next one:

I have a FutureDial USB for SE47 (Not LG) and the SE47 for Verizon. My OS is Windows XP, and I have BitPim version 6

I'm thinking of exchanging my USB for the LG version but I want to test this one out first.

When I connect the slider and open BitPim and then go to view and try to view the directory, everything is blank. Also, I keep getting a message saying 'new hardware' and I need to install a driver.

ALOT of people said go to FutureDial's website but when I do theres nothing to download, there is a section but I need to register to access it. When I go to register it says I need a seriel number but the cable didnt come with anything. So heres my next question:

Do I need to buy the SnapSnyc software to get the seriel number, or can I download the drivers somewhere else? Also Should I exchange the SE47 futuredial for the VX6000 futuredial? And are there any other things that I need?
