how to change size to fit 6600

i have a picture and i want to change the size so that the whole picture fits the whole screen. i don't want it so stop where the clock and operator logo start. how can i do that? i've been trying and i can't figfure it out. do i need a program or something? thanks!

the only way to get full screen wallpaper, is to download a new theme like this one.

there are tons of sites that have free stuff....including themes....i only have series 40...so i have only seen the themes before....try acegames....at the top of this forum. try searching google too.
also search hofo for my name and you find a wap thread with a list of free sites.
