Check it out - helps with the time so that you can put what you want to put in the ringtone (without getting cut off).

Neat thing is that it doesn't kill the sound. Winmedia 9 you can change timing, but it gets clicky sounding. Also you can't do it in real time with a playing cd like this one does.
It's a cool musicians tool, figured it would have ringtone possibilities too.

I quit the ringtone site. They were bullsh*t artists and I finally realized that.

Anyway, this thing is really cool. If you have a track which is say 35 seconds long and want to put it as a ringtone, you can compress the speed to 30 seconds with the same quality of sound!
