On Verizon get it now they have ringtones that have the voices while the ringtone plays. Does anyone know of a website that has these ringtones

No but I know a website with ringtones where the women are moaning and saying sexual things lol

As for mp3 ringtones I make them myself using DBPower Amp Music Convertor to convert it to 24 bit rate mono, 16 khz and then I use Audiocity to cut out the chorus of the song. You can use Audiocity in place of DBPower Amp for the converting but I find it difficult. As for the 'moantones' you can find them at Euploader in the adult section (hehe this is where the voice recorder on the slider comes in handy, free moantones for everyone! bwahahha)

Ok so I used the music converter and then audio city to shorten it. I got it to show up on my phone but it does not play. Do I save it as an mp3?

Make sure its 24bitrate, 16 khz, and mono, sometimes Audiocity turns it to 128 after you export the shortened song as an mp3. You should double check to make sure that doesnt happen, if it does, open music convertor again and convert it to 24bitrate. Audiocity can do this but when it does the song becomes VERY SLOW and I'd rather just put it through music convertor then spend time figuring out how to use Audiocity

So, make sure its the following:

24bitrate
16khz
mono
and if you shortened it, it should be usually be around 50-80 kbs. If its like 150-200 then Audiocity probably changed it to a 128bitrate
