I would dearly love to put a picture of my grandson on my phone, I have tried and tried all the postings in this thread,( thank you dearly, you guys are godsends!) but I just get a fuzzy image of him on it, I am doing something wrong in the HEX portion I am sure....but my question to you is, can I send my picture to one of you and you edit it and make it ready to upload to my phone? I would be forever grateful, though I do not know what I can offer in payment, thank you if you help in advance!!!!!!!

I'm not sure I can help but I can try..

But i have the wrong imaging program, I don't even get fuzzy images i get static..

but i can work the hex editor ( i think )

if you have the image in 16 bit ( and it must be upside down ) inverted when veiwing in a normal picture viewing software

i can make a try at the hex edit

my software will view 16 bit images but it saves in 24 bit or 8 bit so i end up with the wrong file size,

if you send me the 16bit file that shows your inverted granson, I think i can edit the header

once the header is remove the file has to be exactly the right size.

Can anyone tell me the software they are using to convert the 24 bit pictures to 16 bit for the VX3200's? I think my trouble lies in this area, I believed I was converting to 16 bit but really was not. Any help?....thanx

well with all of the views on this post Isee that I am not the only one looking to fix up thier VX3200...I hope someone is successful soon...
