I realize this may be a rather specialized issue, but has anyone who uses entourage 2004 (mac), mailstreet.com and a BB noticed the following?
When deleting an email using entourage, the BB doesn't recognize it as deleted (even though the mailstreet exchange server does... when accessing mailstreet from another client e.g. outlook 2003 on a windows pc the msg IS deleted)?
sort of a pain in the butt since emails I delete all day in entourage need to be deleted again on the BB
is this an entourage issue, or a mailstreet issue?
thanks,

I think I responded in your original thread: http://www.howardforums.com/showthr...threadid=433334 I still think it probably has to do with the Entourage client. It's no secret the M$ broke the Entourage Exchange connector in M$ Office v.X the current bloated M$ gorilla offered by the folks at M$ (Office 2004) has corrected the communication between Entourage and Exchange servers but it still seems to be more of a band aid solution until someone get around to correcting it properly. Consider trying another hosted solution I would suggest eOutlook they seem to be the most Mac friendly if your problem continues you'll have your answer.

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Office Online Support Service. My name is Tom, and I will be helping you with this service request.
After reviewing the case log, I understand this issue is: you deleted email in Entourage, but it is still in your blackberry. If I have misunderstood your concerns, please let me know.
I truly understand the inconvenience you have encountered. However, I am afraid that I am not the proper support resource on the BlackBerry product since we don't know how the third party software company developed this product. It is up to the individual software company to provide support for their own program. Since Entourage 2004 is a new program, I suggest you first contact BlackBerry to confirm if it is compatible with Entourage 2004:
http://www.blackberry.com/support/index.shtml
I will forward this problem to our develop team. In addition, you can send feedback to the developers on this issue. Use the last menu item under the 'Help' menu - "Send Feedback on Entourage". This message will go directly to the developers. The more people that request this feature the more likely it is to be implemented.
If anything is unclear, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding the issue, please feel free to let me know. I am looking forward to your reply.
Have a nice day!
