I am trying to resize images for wallpaper to 120x131. Everytime i go to change the pixels on one side, it automatically changes the pixels on the other side to another dimension. I use Picture IT!.

What programs do yall use and how easy is it to resize images?

your software is set at

maintain aspect ratio

example width is 10 pixel lenght is 20

change width to 4 lenght becomes 8

this keeps the picture the same only smaller

you need to change the picture you are working with ( crop it differently )

or choose the height dimension to change .. make it 131

then crop the width to make it 120

crop is where you draw a box around want you want to keep

and the rest disappears

so size the pic , so it just a hair larger than what you want 120* 131 and crop to that size
