Another noob posting here. Please direct me to the appropriate FAQ if answers to my questions are already out there.

1. where can I geta data cable for my LG 6070?

2. what software will I need to get in order to upload my own ringtone files?

To load wallpapers/ringtones/java into your 6070, follow John's guide at http://24.83.225.6/cc/modules.php?n...ategories&cid=1 . The 6070 works in basically the same way as the 4600/5450. (Unfortunately you can't sign up for the Custom Cell forums - the signup thing has been broken for over a month.

)

For the cable, check the Custom Cell store or do a search on Ebay. In the worst case, spend about twice as much at Telus and get the "official" cable.
