How can I transfer my mp3 ringtones to my LG L200?

I am trying to figure out how I can transfer mp3 ringtones (one's I could make or find, whichever) to my cell phone LG L1200. I know I prob would have to get a cable or something to connect them or use the IR. But what software would I have to get?
There was a older post on this and it had a link to some Mobile-Club.com place, but it was all in Hebrew or something. =(
