4015 Ringtones & Wallpapers?

When I got my new phone (a Samsung) from AT&T, I also picked up a new one for my wife (the LG 4015). It was much cheaper and didn't have as many features as mine, but its still better then her old Sony Ericson.
Anyway, now she's jealous of all the wallpapers and rings I've downloaded to my phone via data cable and EasyGPRS software.
If someone here could kindly tell me what cable I need to get and what software to use (a download link would help too) for the 4015, I would really appreciate it.
Also, what size images does it take and what format do the ringtones need to be in?
