Please help with my flashed t720

So i used the program multiflash flex thats in the PST folder. I first flashed with T720PM_G_05.41.54R_lang0011_kjava1200_full_flash.s hx.

Evrything went great and it was successful. When i went to turn on the phone, the screen lights up and hten goes black. When i try to charge it, it lights up and goes black again. I move the plug a little and the same thing happens. I searched and searched and then i found out that i had to short the pins. I tried 13/14, 14/15 and nothing happend. The t720 cant be detected by my computer nor is it turning on. If i can find a way to turn it on so i can reflash or flex then my problem woudl be solved. I pluged in my v300 and it was detected rite away by my comp. Btw i am using a usb cable. Cany anyone help me or giv eme any advice?

im having the same problem with mine right now, i tried connecting the jumpers with no luck, maybe ill try again later tonight
