Is it possible to charge the se47 with the regualr charger while talking on it?

only w/ travel charger ot car.

I tried talking while using the car charger (the phone was almost discharged). The phone would shut down and give me a message "The phone will turn on automatically".
But it never did turn on.
At least not within an hour.
So maybe it is not possible to talk and charge at the same time using the car charger

do not know why yours did this, but if you use a Kyocera branded car charger you CAN charge and talk at the same time. I do it often. it is the only way and charger I know of that will allow charging and talking at the same time.

yep. i picked up a used sanyo brand one for 3$ at a thrift store... i haven't tried it yet, because my Slider keeps a good charge...
