radioshack vx6000 cable > se47 problem

i have successfully loaded a few wallpapers and a few rings onto my phone, but 8 hours later bitpim doesn't seem to be able to retrieve data from my se47 anymore. does anyone else encounter this problem? is there a fix?

I've been having the same problem.
I tried to find a pattern with no luck.
It randomly works sometimes.
I seem to have the most success when I reboot the phone while it's connected to the cable.

I have to connect to QPST 2.7 before bitpim will read my phone using the radioshack cable.

I usually just run QPST configuration then open EFS explorer, close them, then open bitpim, and click on (+) sign. Always works for me without a problem.

i unplugged the cable from my pc and then rebooted the pc. connect cable to phone. open bitpim. connect the cable and then check settings, then press +. it worked, but i don't think its gonna be the same the next time i do it.
