email delays??

has anyone noticed email delays on Rogers AT&T today? It used to be that sending myself an email would show up on the BB in about 5 seconds. Now it takes 2 - 4 minutes. I am using mailstreet exchange account and BES. Is there some network problem?
I loaded the new BB software v 3.7.1.41 for my 7280 yesterday... maybe just a coincidence?
