Any place to upgrade AT&T S56 firmware in NYC?

topic says it all - according to the siemens website, I'm at least a couple versions behind (and I do experience dropped calls, and sudden power-downs that might be firmware related).

So since I can find nothing helpful on AT&T's website, and got nothing useful out of the customer support person I called, can anybody here point me towards a shop or something where they'll upgrade the firmware (small fee's ok)

I'm not sure if there is a place that will do that for you. You can get a cheap data cable and do it for free. It's very easy.

i could if I had a PC - but I use a Mac (and Siemes has choosen not to offer a Mac version of the firmware installer, or any of their other software for that matter) so there'd be that expense as well....

perhaps visit a cybercafe armed with a generic USB cable. =)

I know there are places in Toronto.. very strange - there has to be places in NYC.
