I noticed whenever I miss incoming phone calls on my blackberry they're not logged under messages. So I have no idea when I miss calls only if they leave a voicemail. btw I have 7230

here you go...
click on the phone icon, click the thumb wheel and move it to options, click on "call logging," and set the check box to missed calls.

edit: also make sure it says Yes for "show logs in message list"
