Are there drivers for the Siemens M56 Data Cord for Mac OS X or another way to transfer data from my phone to my ibook with my current cord? If so, where? Thanks!'

Ps... this is a USB cord.

What sort of cable do you have? The official M56 cable is serial not USB so I'm guessing you have an aftermarket one. And do you need to get the system to recognize the cable or do you just need the mac version of the data suite software?

The USB cable I have is from Prolific. To check if this is the one you have, look under "Remark" on the back. Is Prolific listed as url there?

No, it is a siemens cord. I bought it from AT&T's website.

Ah, afraid I can't be of any help then. Good luck.

Yeah, I use a Mac too. To sync, though, I just use my phone at work with a serial cable and my PC
