well I don't want to sound like a jerk or anything but I have found that Microsoft Photo Editor, that comes with XP home works really good for just making them smaller. Now maybe you don't have it but it's a great free utility that I use all the time.
1.)First go to Start/Programs/MS Office Tools/Microsoft Photo Editor (Or do a search for a file called "photoed.exe"
2.) Next in the go to File\Open\"find your pic"
3.) Then go to Image\Resize
4.) After that Click on the check box to check the box that says "Allow Distortion" and under the drop down menu where it says inches click and slect Pixles.
5.) Finally Enter the pixle rate to resize the image, and save it as a diffrent file. There ya go.
I hope this helps ya. Most know about it so I may have just waisted your time but maybe someone can get some use out of my dumb tutorial

It's because you hit the New Thread Button instead of the Post Reply Button in the bottom Right Corner.
By the way that's the same thing I've been doing since I first started making my own WallPapers for my V206 and other Samsungs. It's not as Dumb as some others have no idea how to use the Simple Program.

You can also download the image resizer powertoy from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/...ppowertoys.mspx
It's simple. After installing, right click on an image file and you have a new context item.
