How do I correct this error?

Everytime I try to send a ringtone with bitpim i get this error:
An unexpected exception has occurred.
Please see the help for details on what to do.

Exception: C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Download\rock ya body.mid is too big at 348520 bytes. Max size is 64k

I used to send files much bigger than 348000 and it worked fine.
I deleted some of my ringtones to make room but it stil gives me the same exact error. How do I fix this?

actually I have NO idea

I have couple tones that are almost 200k ( my first trys )

and i think they are too big

I like too keep them between 30 to 60k

I don't need or want the whole song..

i'm either going to answer my phone or send it to voice mail

and since i have a 'tin ear' anyway i just want them to sound nice..

after all the speaker or earpice on the phone is NOT a stereo high fidelity speaker'

why waste memory if I can't hear the difference..

maybe you can hear the difference and it would bother you.. but not me.
