Posted by: leonard13

so how do i take it off auto detect?

Posted by: fmtjatt

bitpim doesnt work.. use brewskey 8900 it worked great for me

Posted by: leonard13

thats the problem i down load the song they gave you from brewsky and it messed up my phone so i need to use bitpim to erase that file.

Posted by: fmtjatt

First go to your control panel and under modems check what port/Com is used by curitel drivers. Then open up bitpim Click on EDIT then Settings. There you have the option for com port. Click the browse button and select the port that you saw in control panel under modems for Curitel drivers (if thats the drivers you are using). Then go to filesystem and click the plus sign.. Hope this helps

thx that worked know only problem what is the music file under i'm trying to delete?

Posted by: fmtjatt

well not sure what you are trying to delete. but i read it in a tutorial saying that before i upload any ringtones i should backup the default_snd.txt file which is under DB directoy.

Posted by: leonard13

ya the buddyholy song screwed up my phone. so trying to delete it so i can get it back to normal. can't find the file in bitpim

Posted by: fmtjatt

Posted by: leonard13
