v400 help

hey all I'm new here.. I have a pic on my v400 phone that is corrupted.. the preview looks fine but the actual pic is damanged or something.. does anyone know a way I could possibly salvage this pic.. or at least get the real small preview pic? its the last pic I saved so I'm thinking it could still be in a temp file somewhere... I would really appreciate any help you guys may give.. this pic is really important to me and it just so happens its the only one that doesn't work. thanks

The same thing happened on my old v400, I would take a picture and the preview was fine and the actual picture would look like something from "The Ring". I'm not sure how to get rid of it but on my old phone it didn't go away so I got another phone. Sorry I wasn't much help.
