I've got a v400, P2K PST 6.7 on XP sp2.
In PST I:
1. create a new "Customer power-up Power down" document.
2. Download from phone
3. Try to save the document:
I get:
"This worksheet can only be saved after reading Motorola wakeup graphic Information, not Customer graphic Information"

Any thoughts?

you have to read your phone first. the read phone button is at the top right hand corner of p2k
