u can use nok2phone to make the midi into s40 ringtone...
or go to www.msn.com.hk/itexpress/ringtone/
they will post up 5 chinese songs each week...
=)

Really depends on what kind of phone you are using. However, to make it more general, open a MIDI file using Nok2Phone and click on the phone model at the right hand side. In the result screen, you will see the keystrokes for your phone.
