Sendo X ringtones

I have been using the sendo X for a couple of days now and like it overall, i havd the p800 before, i do miss the touch screen but i like the overall size and feel of the sendo x.
Does anyone knows what formats can be used as ringtones for the Sendo X and which folder on the phone to upload them to?
another quirk i have been facing is the voice mail speed dial. I have to dial *86 to access my voicemail, but i cannot save that as the speed-dial, since it says invalid mailbox number everytime i try to change it.

WAV and MID for ringtones, no MP3 :-(
Place the files in C:\nokia\sounds\digital\
voice mail: Usually there also exist another (long) number for the mailbox instead of the short variante like *86 which is like a real phone number. Try to find out that from your provider
