I have two audiovox 8900s both under the same plan. One works fine. The other can't access mobile web or send or recieve text messages. Both phones are exactly the same except for those differences. How do I fix the delinquent one??

chances are you may just have txt msging turned off for one of the phones
call CS and have them turn txt msging on
as far as the MW, i dont know
you'd get more responses by posting this in the reg VZw forum, just some advice
