Port Not Being Detected anymore

okay, i've been connecting to bitpm for the last week and it was working fine till now, bitpm isnt even detecting my port that the fone uses which is com7. IT doesnt even show up on the port list in bitpm.
I wonder why? everytime i connect the fone it would do that lil ring in windows that tells you its successfully connected to the usb drive. but it wont update the com ports in bitpm for some strange reason.

why dont you check if its on com7 anymore?
device manager com ports.
doesnt seem like anyone these days knows what a com port is anymore........ usb caused this!

Windows actually detects it opening up as com 7 in the device manager but in bitpm it doesnt appear anymore, usually it would appear right after i plugged it in. now it doesnt.
and yes i change the fone settings to usb diag
