I have successfuly used BitPim and Brewsky on my TELUS 8900 for ring tones and images, but after a week of not having it connected, I'm unable to get Brewsky to connect.

I always had to connect with BitPim before I could connect with Brewsky. One thing I realize now is that after connecting with BitPim, my phone changes its port setting to NULL instead USB DATA on its own.

I've done the ##PORT {end} thing, but I'm unsure if the DIAG setting is linked to my problem.

Any help is appreiciated.

i put ##7678 then selected diag usb setting. then pressed the back botton till i got to the wallpaper then shut my phone then pluged my usb cable in,

then i went to port 6 telus and it worked.

my phone has trouble using Brewsky as well. I also use telus. What works for me is first connecting it with BitPim, then closing BitPim and connecting with Brewsky. Let us know if that works for you too.

still no dice. I don't get it... It keeps switching back to NULL PORT after successfuly connecting with bitpim, thus, being on null port, it won't connect to Brewsky. This sucks.

mine switches to NULL_PORT as well, so that doesn't really have anything to do with it. I find that I can't use Brewsky with my girlfriend's computer either, but I can use it with mine...maybe it is just your computer.

In that case, I guess I'll reblast my computer... start from fresh. I was worried that my fone was fu**ing up (USB -> Null everytime), but I guess it must be my comp. Thanks for the info.
