need some help here

Alright, I loaded webjal up it connected to the phone and I loaded the ringtone I wanted on it just when the download completed i get a message saying that there is a connection problem and try putting the phone to 19200 and i do but i keep getting this message does anyone know why ?

if your using a usb cable make sure the box is checked under preferences or whatever.

try another ringtone. sounds like that one isnt a type 0 midi, or too long.
