I have been putting songs on my phone forever. I just put 3 new songs on it and now when i listen to it on the phone, it stops after like 3 seconds, anyone have any clue how to fix it?

I tried putting 4 songs on my friends phone, they all loaded but only played first 3 seconds. She had no songs on the phone to begin with. My phone has ones i loaded months ago that work fine, but the ones i put on now only play for 3 seconds. any idea, ive had her phone for 3 hrs tryin to figure it out

I'd do a search on how to create ringtones.

BTW:
Did you create the ringtones yourself? Are they Wav or Midi?
Because they probably are not in spec.

They are .wav I didnt create them myself, i downloaded them. These are songs I have put on my phone already and they worked, but when I put them on now, the dont.

I also tried upgrading to WebJAL 3 and it still isnt working. Frustrating when it worked like a month ago.

People say that somehow or another the new server is doing it. I have not had a problem in the world with it, fact it works better. I have friends that it will only play 3 sec after they did the fix tho. Still dont see h ow a server can do this.......

It has to be the server because I found 30+ other people complaining of the same problem only since the server issues.

I changed my webjal info to the new server and loaded about 5 tones fine... the sixth one (which I just created) loaded but was cut off... I deleted it and reloaded it and it worked fine. I have no clue on this, never happened before but hey *shi!t happens*! But any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.
