I am having problems downloading ringtones please help me

I am very very new at this so please bare with me...whenever I download ringtones it plays half of the ringtone then is pauses then it plays again I have spoke to some of my friends who also use the same webjal and they are having the same problems can someone tell me how to fix this but please explain it good cause I am a little stupid when it comes to this lol thanks!
