FCC has approved today a new DUAL color display Sanyo SPC-5300. Has built in GPS, color camera, supports high speed 1xrtt data. Unfortunately, dimentions were not available. It would be available from Sprint PCS.

awwww frickin yeah. the phone i have been waiting for. the only thing i want is for it to be compatible with sprints PTT offering and then ill feel blessed.

If anything goes wrong with my phone then I might pick this up and see what all the Sanyo hubub is about. I see that it's also Tri-Mode...that's a plus. Probably too good to be true, but could that speaker in the back be for speakerphone?

I'd make the switch if a) 3G gets its act together, and b) if the phone is all it's cracked up to be.

Don't really need the camera either, but a nice plus if it isn't too expensive.

The little speakers on the top of the phone still seems small. I hope they fixed that problem where you could barely hear the person on the other end in a slightly loud atmosphere...that was the only major complaint I had about the 5150... That little thing is so small (speaker hole). Samsung phones have several little "slits" where the speaker is located, and you don't have to search for a sweetspot...

Just a thought.
