Fatal Error HELP!

Hi everyone,

I use the progam Brewsky 8900. I tried to send a ringtone, then my cell screw up. I can't do anything with it. I got this message when i boot: Plear wait, User data is being restore...[7].
Please lets me know if you got the solution . ^^

Exact same thing happened to me last night. I've had that heart-sinking feeling for the last few hours

AFAIK and from what I've read we are at the mercy of our provider as the phone is virtually un-repairable. I'm taking mine in today...

BTW: which cable were you using? Straight or inline box type?

I'm using the box type. This is my second time.

First I' tried a software that wasnt
for Audiovox 8900 from Telus. Then I tired yesterday the Brewsky 8900. When I upload the ringtone and reboot. I got the a weird sound. I tried to delete the file I uploaded to make a restore then it wont stop to reboot and get that msg i mentionned above.

I need to take my phone back to Telus and reship it to Audiovox. I don't know what happen with those program. Anyone can tell me whats the format of midi file and pics?
