ringtone conversion and upload

ive been trying to convert mp3/wav to ringtone format MMF.using mobile media player....and ive been trying to upload arf and aac
Im using a sony t226
cingular,
my phone supports arf, smaf, i melody,aac,mid and mmf....
My tagtag website is tagtag.com/adgjmptwcf
when i try to download i get page cannot be displayed
i think the prob. is w/tagtag idk
any way if sumone wants to try to download then try thye bottom link titled onelife
i was able to download them to my pc though ....so it may be my phone but ive download every other format before
including arf but not aac
_update_ i tried downloading a ringtone to my pc then upload it to tagtag to make sure i can download stuff my my wap site ...i still got the same error message
