Anvil Studio Replacement

Does anyone know of a GOOD MIDI editing program that can truncate/shorten the length of the songs OTHER than Anvil Studio. Anvil is not a stable program, and I would like to know if therez an alternative to it that anyone else uses to edit their ringtones.

The new SnapMedia software for the Sanyo4900 allows you to shorten midis by choosing only the song section you want to hear. I believe it works with the 5150, but you can confirm it on either Sanyo's site store, or the FutureDial.com site (software maker).
