i just got the inno 55 phone, and i have a problem. i have att service, and the reception is terrible on this phone. i use to have the sony t616, and sadly i had better reception than this one. but this phone is very interesting because i know someone who also has att with a different phone and they have reception. but the phone says it has 3 or 4 bars of reception, but doesnt say ATT wireless, the G isnt ont he top for the gprs thingy, and cant make a call, even though it can pick up tmobiles signal. so basically i have bars but cant make call. what do i do???

pleaaaase help me
