I don't have a T226 here with me, but it should be simple. Manage contacts or look around in the address books for an option to transfer/copy everything to your SIMM card. After that, just pop the SIMM card into your new phone and copy it over.

if you have outlook, buy a data cable, then dl software and driver for both, make sure you have xtndconnect
once you have the stuff, transfer contact is just a piece of cake
