NEC N710 connection porblem in XP

I cannot connect my N710 to my XP
when I plug in the cable , XP do detect a new hardware
but after I chose the drive on and try to install
it said I got missing file in the driver and install is not complete

but the drive is download from NEC website

Do anyone have the same problem
and anyone know how to solve it???

Hi - did you install the software already? If so, uninstall it first, then plug in the phone. The phone must be connected to the PC before you install the software. I had the same problem with my NEC. I hope that works for you!

Would it be possible that you post some informations about the phone. How are your inital impressions? That would be great as I think about buying it too!

The problem is not the software
it's about the driver
when I plug in the cable to the pc
it have the new hardware detected icon pop up
but when I try to install the driver for the phone
it say I got missing file in the driver
but all the file I got is download from NEC official webpage
