Thank you for your replies,
I guess I'll go and look for one as well. I actually bought an USB to IRDA Adapter while I was in HK recently thinking that would allow me to transfer files into my phone but I guess that's completely useless.
I have to say the Inno 55 started out as a good phone in appearance and on paper, but after having it for about a month now I'm starting to dislike it.

The Inno 55 IrDA is only meant to be used as a data port for modem functionality.
It is not designed, nor enabled to function as a data sync/transfer feature for ringtones/pictures etc.

are the only data cables serial port?...are there any for usb?...can't seem to find it on ebay if there is...any directions?...thanks

Doesn't seem to be any USB data cables for the Inno line of phones.
You might try a Serial/USB convertor to bridge it to connect to a USB port, however you might need to tweak it to work.
I believe in another thread there was mention of the use of such an adapter/convertor.

cool...thanks...guess will have to get the serial cable instead...
just curious...how much tweaking are we talking about...
