Is my phone permanently locked now? I guessed the wrong code too many times, and now i can't use it with a foreign sim anymore..

Did you mean you've tried the PIN on the same SIM card too many times? If so, the SIM is dead until you can come up with a PUK.

If it's the phone's security code, hmmm... then you're screwed over. Maybe flashing it again with firmware will cure it?! Just a guess...

read the code.
