New Activation credit and bundle discount

Been with BellM since late June. Still no paper invoice and the recently posted online bill isnt detailed enough.

In late June I agreed to a Sympatico contract and a BM contract. With these two new services I was to get 2 times a $25 credit on my ONE BILL. As well I am entitled to a $5 dollar off bundle pricing on each of these monthly services.

Last month I got the All in One Bill for landline and LD and internet and there was no showing of the 25 dollars or the 5 dollars. I did call and as I recall the credits will not appear for up to 12 weeks! And it seems that a separate department deals with bundle discounts?

Anyways have any of you actually got the new activation credit(s)?

In which bill the 5 dollars off bundling price be shown?

Which department(s) should I call to get the best chance of clearing up these omissions?

the activation credits can take a couple of bills to show up...keep an eye out for them...your mobility bill won't be on your phone bill until they migrate over (soon, but i don't know exactly when), but you should still be seeing the $5 discount on your mobility bill...if your sympatico is billed on your phone bill now, you should also see the $5 discount on there...if this is your firts One Bill, it may even be worth waiting for your next one as it takes a bit of time for all bills to migrate to the same billing date...it looks really confusing when everything switches over, but it works out in the end...i had a hard time myself figuring it all out, and i work for bell.
