Nokia 3300 -how do i put new wallpaper on it?

Okay, i have a nokia 3300 and i dont know how to put new wallpapers on it other than the default ones that came on the phone. when i use my cord i dont know what folder to use to put the new wallpaper in...can anyone help me out? and whats a couple sites i can go to to find wallpapers?
