you need to call siemens and they will give you a code to unlock it.

hehe ,wrong with you ,you can test it with youself,when you input 3 times wrong phonecode,your mobile has locked , and more , original code is blank,not 1234(model :siemens a55,2128,m55 and others i don't know)
