T637 Extra Pictures??

I'm brand new to Sony Ericson.
I went from Moto's to SE.
I was wondering how do i get this rogers picturs and icons off this phone to make space?
Can this done by BT and some software or do i need to know a trick.
I would also love to get rit off the clock and date on the screen.
