I been uploading some custom wallpapers to my 6070, but all the wallpapers I upload are somewhat fuzzy. I have cut the picture using photo to the correct size (120*131). It looks fine when its on the computer monitor, but once I upload it on the phone, it turns out fuzzy. Is there something I am not doing before I upload the picture, or is it that there is something wrong with the phone.

Have you changed the colors to Indexed Color? I think this phone doesn't accept RGB color.

I check the spec. for the LG 6070 and it said that the screen can display 65K colour. What does that mean?

Hello,

First off; if anyone knows of a tutorial for uploading ringtones, games, and wallpaper to an LG 6070, that would be awesome. I tried following the VX6000 instructions which were helpful, but not quite the same as my phone.

My specific question: I've managed to upload 2 wallpapers to my LG6070 to the USR/Wallpaper directory. I created a subfolder with the 2 names of the pictures, and uploaded the BMP file changing the filename to just "body" with no extension. It seems I can set the first image as my background, but when I try and set the second image as my background, it tells me that it has in fact set the first image again. So no matter how many images I load onto the phone, only the first can be set as a background. I can however view all the pictures just fine.

Any ideas?

Also, I notice that the pictures i downloaded from the net also have a file named ".desc". What is that? Do I have to make a file like that somehow for my pictures??

Is there a tutorial on making wallpapers for the LG 6070? I'd like to know the size (in pixels) for the image, what format, etc. the picture needs to be. Also, can you download the images to the LG 6070 via WAP, or would you need a data cable?

you rule johnnygoodface!!!!! since customcell.tk has stayed down there hasn't been a good 6070 specific set of how-tos.

hope you can keep it up for saturday. which is when i plan to play with my friends 6070 for the first time.
