DANGER!!read! siemens sl56 low battery alert

I have heard that the siemens sl56 has a low battery alert tone that is loud enough to damage the human ear. If you own one turn the low battery alert OFF! the a56 may also have this problem.

I have a SL55 and the batery alarm is really, really soft! You can hardly hear it....

The problem with the low battery and shutdown sound only affect the 65 series phones, not the 55/56.
